Brief Description: Raising Top Deck

Had to raise the top deck 1.5 inches to meet up with the higher airfoil wings. Otherwise I'd have had fair it down and have a gull wing looking deal. Used an extra rib for a pattern and bolted a "J" metal piece into the wind screen channel up front.
